Live Link Dans VR

Live Link Dans VR laat je dans ervaren in twee werelden tegelijk. Geen klassieke voorstelling, maar een open laboratorium waarin dans, drones en virtual reality samenkomen: van poëtisch duet tot dronespektakel, van documentaire tot VR-installatie.

Terwijl de dansers live op het podium bewegen, beleeft een gedeelte van het publiek deze gelijktijdig via een VR-bril, alsof ze zich ín de voorstelling bevinden. Zo kan je bijvoorbeeld in VR de voorstelling op een live vliegende drone volgen. Ook laten we een mini-documentaire zien over het maakproces van deze VR-live link.

About David Middendorp

At the age of sixteen David Middendorp started as a dancer at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. During his dance career he quickly developed an interest in choreography and decided to combine this with his love for technology. This led to the creation of his own dance company in 2014 where he could bring his passion for dance and technology together. In his performances this ingenious combination comes to life in a way you have never seen before.
